Posting a trade request
Describe your shipment in plain English: cargo, port, and timeline. You can attach any documents you already have.
Understanding bids
Every bid uses the same structured format so you can compare price, timeline, and inclusions side-by-side.
Funding escrow
Once you award a bid, you fund a secure Clearport escrow. Funds only release on progress milestones.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the request page. A Clearport admin will review evidence from both sides.
Agent verification
Every agent is manually screened before they can bid. Documents required include CAC, NCS licence, and director ID.
